1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders to the following regions:
- Poland – domestic delivery
- European Union countries
- Selected non-EU countries (please contact us for availability)
If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at hello@mfcustoms.com for individual shipping arrangements.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay in your order.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Poland: 1 to 3 business days
- European Union countries: 3 to 7 business days
- Other countries: 5 to 14 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
This email will contain your tracking number(s), if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim.
